※天照像※Sun Shining Goddess Amaterasu,based on game Okami
well,in fact,this is a humen version of wolf Amaterasu.I already beat the game and I love the music"Reset"^^it was a piece of music of the wonderful game.
According to the folktale,Amaterasu is female and she is the goddess of the sun.
I drew it in the way Clover drew humen for game Okami.it looks sweet and cuteXD
well,I hope I didnt draw anything wrong=.=

God I loved this game. I really wanted them to do a sequal but now that clover is gone it looks like thats not going to happen. I often wondered what amaterasu would look like in human form so I'm glad you drew this. Very well done.

WoW that's perfect. I don't think I've ever seen a better sungoddess EVER> Even in real religins and cultures I haven't been moved by thier images.
But the colors, the light... The design of her form and the ambient objects and effects around her are simply breath taking.
I would love for you to do more work like this and put this up for print!

Wow... your rendition of Amaterasu in human form is simply stunning! I love how you did the piece in keeping with the game's human design... her face is particularly beautiful.
I'm currently at this very moment taking a sort break from replaying the game for the third time (it never seems to get old for me) For all those who haven't yet completed the game. Keep playing, finishing it is a very rewarding experience.

Wow... this is awesome. It really follows the way Clover draws people. Guess the inspiration was the goddess of the tree in Kamiki (forgot her name ^^").
Somehow Ammy here looks really serious, like a real goddess, not like at some moments of the game *giggles*
Anyway, it's plainly superb. Wish I could draw like this...

Nice to see a new take on Ammy besides the tired old anthro kind, love how you used the Solar Flare as a crown/hair for her. All I can really say needs improvement is your portrayal of the Thunder Edge (or whatever, I forget) seems a little off handle/hilt-wise, the spikes seem so large that they pull away from the actual blade portion of the sword.

Hurray for Shintoism, the Japanese religion! You got the style of Okami down, man. The radiant colors on Amaterasu seem to emphasize the fact that she is the Goddess of the Sun, very well done (b^.^)b
