Nice reference. Woah. Seriously, smooth lines, fixed colour and a nice pose to go with it. Original character, too, however he doesn't look like a unicorn. It took me to read it before i realised.
Lengthen the snout maybe?

Wow another Unicorn, This is the second one of these I have seen (I don't see alot of them).
His design is very original, I'm loving his pose, the horn and sunglasses are awesome, His hair is pretty cool as well. Love his long tail too and the eyes, the colouring on this is simply awesome as well as the shading.
