That XC looks like it has Rare homologation items that where then used on the XC Cobras.

Yep, the Interceptor was based on an XB Coupe, (the red one in the foreground), and had an aftermarket firbreglass Monza nose clip with the XC rectangle headlights.
The XA, XB and XC ('72 - '78) all shared the same body shell. Different dash on the XC and different front clips on each of them; they were the main differences anyway. All very rare and expensive cars these days.
