I like it a lot, but I feel you could maybe dial down the bg texture opacity but a little bit, especially in the top header area, cause my eyes are being drawn to the bg, and not the site content itself

but the shapes and details, colors all look lovely imo

shouldn't the red ribbon, on both sides, move 1 pixel to have it look as they're placed behind the content panel?
though it's a nice web layout
