This photo was taken during a hike on Pemetic (Mt. Desert) Island in the Acadia National Park. There was a heavy downpour with huge raindrops that saturated everything. This stream is fed by a natural spring and is mostly known to locals. For that reason, I am not sharing the exact location or trail. These islands are the lands of the Penobscot and Passamaquoddy of the Wabanki.
