Bio: She used to be a happy, go-lucky girl, but it all changed at the age of 18, when her littlest brother was killed, an age of 6, (she's the oldest in the family) while playing in the street he got hit by a car. Neighbors tried to help, an ambulance came.... but it was too late. Her parents her distraught, and left her and her other brother to be alone. She became the "leader of the pack", despite being female, she lost her cub in a sort. That's when Manne came into her life. Able to let her take back what she lost, at first she was a hero... but now? A villain, after realizing the truth of the world and how cruel it is as she feels the same towards the earth and world. She still protects her other brother but at the cost of pain or even the lives of others.
She always shows a smile in school but on the inside, she can't feel anything except a reason to protect and love for her little brother. Although she does have friends, she doesn't really care for them as they cannot replace her bother, Jason.
As for when she found her miraculous and Manne, she was one day in such grieve of her brother. She went to stay by a lake she and her bother would visit and swim in. Suddenly she heard a scream. She looked across into the water and saw a young girl drowning and calling for help. Without thinking, she runs and jumps in. Swimming to the child. She grabs the child in one arm and carries her to the edge. People gather around as the girl coughs up water. One man takes the girl away but not before setting down a small box next to Ariel. Ariel tries to give the box back but she takes the box home and is then introduced to Manne. She was given the Miraculous for her bravery.

Kwami's Personality: Pretty much a jerk but on a very high level, like a shoulder devil, but he cares and looks out for Ariel
