Description
Trying out some new paper with a ballpoint pen sketch. The paper is a bit yellowish, which I love.Sherlock Holmes as played by Benedict Cumberbatch. I'm enjoying the show a lot, I'm excited to see the second series when it comes out.

Thank you very much! I'm not sure what the paper is, it is a blank sketchbook, like a generic kind of moleskin sketchbook. It's a very thin, smooth paper, which is very different from what I usually use. I like it.

Good god, woman! How on earth do you manage to get such clean-looking hatch marks with a ballpoint pen? Whenever I try to do ballpoint pen drawings, my pens goop up at the tip and leave these nasty-looking ink boogers everywhere. D:

Thank you!!! Pen goop is the worst thing ever. I always just wipe the pen tip every few seconds while drawing, it helps with pen goop.

I LOVE this. My friend recently got me into the Sherlock episodes and I'm in love with the actors and their characters. This is absolutely gorgeous. Hatching has always been fun for me, but this is a whole other level of excellence, my friend.
