Okay, to be honest, this artwork is from Halloween 2013. Shadow stole the man clothes so he wears it just for Halloween. Mario is dressed as Phoenix Wright and Amy is dressed as Athena Cykes. Bart is dressed as Bartman and Meg is dressed as a cat? Curious George thought that IS the man with the yellow hat so he goes say hello while other people laugh at him.
