TA DAAAAAA - This is why I havnt posted new stuff <3 <3 I'm finding I only really have time for personal art on my weekends, and with one of these refs, that means it takes a long time to finish.

SO yes. Anyone who knows me probably knows I dont go for adopts very often because I'm too much of a picky little perfectionist and like to design my own critters, but sherlybones sent me Potion Babs and I broke - not quite customs, not quite full adopts > My little sploot turned out so ridiculosuly perfect I cry. I still have no idea how Deskleaves knew what the hell I was going for when I picked his potions. TWT

May I present: Ness ! This adult version of him is non-canon for the potion babs universe and is for a personal RP and universe with frends, I made a couple of tiny alterations to his design but nothing major - I still have to draw all his clothing choices and his ALT form Ref sheet *waves hands mysterious* -and without further ado, I shall introduce you!

Hidden Detail:

- Flame Halo can be switched on and off at will and is able to be controlled to a certain extent - tends to get brighter the angrier he is.
- Dark Patch on his right side extends to his tail and splits it down the middle
- Dark areas on his abdomen are markings not shading
- His saliva glows
- He can be drawn with long tusks
- He can ALWAYS be drawn with butterflies nearby.
- Ness's body is pretty normal size, practically all his height comes from his legs.

Basic Personality:

A laid back, lethargic and deceptively easy going - it takes a lot to get Ness to care about something beyond mild initial curiosity - unless of course, it's shiny or pissing him off... Generally seems never to take anything too seriously, and it takes a lot to actually make him angry - though he'll still happily knock your teeth out if there's nothing better to do.

Need to Know Facts:

- His fire and glowing eyes attract moths and butterflies, which he adores and collects like they were jewels - in short, Ness is a lepidopterist
- Ness's eyes are mildly hypnotic, dont look too close.
- Because of his dragon blood, he's attracted to anything that shines or glows - Neon lights in particular. Also means he has mild hoarding tendancies.
- An Ex Cagefighter with a nasty set of claws, never an all out favourite but even so.
- Mostly Carnivorous, doesnt seem too keen on non-meat-based food in general, apart from sweets.... Not particuarly good for his teeth but he seems happy with the arrangement
- His scales shed on occassions
- Somwhat Naiive and a little gullable - can be easily tricked into believing something if he doesnt understand it.
- Though he's stronge Ness is also LAZY, and very lethargic when he's cold.
- Not a morning person, at all, not even a little bit.
- He's the kind of person that always has the heating on even in summer, being cold blooded he cant stand the cold - and can be sluggish and slow when not at the right tempreture; as a result he spends most of his time indoors. On this note, he also loves blankets - for they are very warm and snuggly.
- Not very agile due to his massive size, often slow moving. An Opponent's best bet is to stay out of his way, cause if he does manage to land a hit you're going to be very sore in the morning.
- Spends most of his time hanging around with Ethel being happy reptile babbins - they're rumoured to sell exotic drugs to those with enough cash to pay for them... but then.... that's just a rumour.
