She rarely talks, and often does not like talking especially to strangers. She will often only speak if she has no other option. Otherwise she is quiet and keeps to herself. This can cause a bit of a communication barrier between her and others but its nothing too difficult.

Personality:
Inquisitive: Lyra is a curious wolf and often likes to investigate or seek information. She investigates anything of note to try and learn more about something. She often tries to learn things without asking others but to have Lyra ask someone a question is certainly a rare honor considering she almost never talks.
Empathetic: Lyra is a caring soul and is willing to comfort others with her presence. Being through hard times herself she understands what most wolves may be going through so she tries to be a shoulder to lean on.
Friendly: Lyra is nothing short of kind. She treats others in the way she wants to be treated and tries to be a friendly face around the pack whenever she is around others. She enjoys being someone to approach for company and advice if its so needed, as she will speak to give advice.
Skittish: Lyra has a dark past that she has barely talked about even with the wolves she first met, some being members long gone from the pack by now. This has made her skittish and flighty, easily frightened. She jumps at sudden sounds, making her easy to sneak up on even if by accident. She never holds others against it if they accidentally scare her, of course, but she feels frustrated about her own skittishness
Secretive: Lyra is the type of wolf who does not share her backstory and secrets. She keeps to herself, not finding enough trust in others for them to know more about her. She has only told some of her backstory to a select few wolves, but most of the wolves she has told have left the pack or died.
Closed-off: It isn’t any intention of her own, but Lyra may appear cold to others, giving the cold shoulder. Sometimes she may intentionally act cold to those she dislikes, but most of the time her distant and skittish nature can cause her to withdraw from others.

Pre-Group History: Lyra is an elusive wolf. Nothing much is known about her and she has not opened up about her past to many wolves. She showed up on the Verndari’s borders one day beaten, bloody and scared, and joined the pack during the previous Gwenhwyvar’s reign. Lyra had been born into a brutal pack and had a rough upbringing, and the pack eventually beat her and cast her out to die when she wasn’t useful to them.
She has long since recovered mentally from this encounter, at least as much as she could. She did talk out her past with a few Celestials to help cope, but she has not gone into extensive detail about her upbringing, so that remains unknown.
As for her time in Verndari, Lyra was a quiet and secretive wolf, but she is devoted to the pack - it was the only good group of wolves she ever known, but due to her meek personality she was a follower. So when she became one of the highest ranks in her task of Vicar, below the now defunct Cavalry task, she was a close follower of the previous Gwenhwyvar. She ended up siding with them during the religion ban, and if given the chance would have fought alongside them if needed. So when leadership changed, Lyra was thrown for a loop. Her world shattered a bit, but she didn’t want to run into the pack she was born in again. Slowly but surely she began to realize the error in her ways - she doesn’t have to follow the leader’s every move if said move threatens the pack, which the pack was threatened before General Farkas rose. Lyra came to respect General Farkas, for he worked so hard to get Verndari back to how it was before it was broken to pieces.
Lyra continues to be as elusive as ever - especially now that all wolves except for one - Otis - that knew her backstory had left. Lyra often hangs out with the old Celestial to talk to him about things and keep him company, but otherwise Lyra tends to retreat to her pathfinder activities - a rank she switched to after Vicar and Pathfinder were merged, but being the only high rank Pathfinder in the pack she has opened herself up to those seeking the task.
