Appearance: Blessed pure silver jewelry and collars of various types.

Effects: Bonds are used by Slayers in order to keep demons powers at bay and under control; although it doesn't work on some of the higher ranked ones. Demons can also kill a slayer and manage to escape by using the blood to release themselves of the silver shackles. Due to this if a demon is waiting to undergo a 'trial' or captured for some other reason the Slayers often keep them in cages within their camps - with the exception of the Gremlins which they allow to wander around their camps so they would cooperate with them in hunting down others. This, of course, is if the slayer doesn't feel the need to execute the demon during battle. These are usually only used on those that the Slayers deem criminal. Only a Slayer can take off a Bond this is due to some sort of strange phenomenon with their blood and flesh that allows them to touch and release the bonds with a bare hand. Sometimes "peaceful" / "passive" demons will go to a slayer to acquire these in order to live like a regular human, although this isn't commonplace.
