The Golden Disc collection is the only time I could easily justify getting a complete set...at least, so far (I've tentatively preordered the entirety of the upcoming Wreckers set). It helps that the toys in the collection were either new characters (for me) or unique enough to justify getting.

Puffer actually has an interesting story to him. In some parts of Europe and Mexico, the Pipes toy that was released was, rather than a retool of Huffer, a straight-up redeco. Each version had a different shade of blue, and the version homaged here, the European version, became called 'Puffer' by the fandom. This toy homages it, as a version of Pipes with a new head inspired by the one on the original toy for Huffer. He incorporates parts from the Tim Heada TH-23 kit - gap fillers in his legs - and from JRC Design - a cover for his hands.
