Here's a really old one. When the Revenge of the Fallen release for Bludgeon came out, people were thrilled - here was a popular character getting a new toy that resembled his appearance in the comics and wasn't just some redeco of a pre-existing toy. Some folks took issue with his head, though, and as for me...well, the swords he came with were less than perfect.

Headrobots, however, came out with a kit - Blood the Dark Warrior - which fixed those problems. Bludgeon got new swords and a new head that could swap between one that closely matched his look in the mainline IDW comics and a really scary skull. I snapped it up. It's long since become unavailable, alas, but them's the breaks.
