Description
Cover for the comic i am working on.Prologue
A.L.I.C.E is an Artificial Lifeform Intended for Calculation and Exploration robot whose primary function is to explore new planets and relay the information she obtains back to the Galilean Lunar Base (located on Jupiter’s 3rd moon, Ganymede). When war threatens Earth, all A.L.I.C.E Units are upgraded with combative capabilities in order for them defend theirselves as a precation to keep them and, mainly, their knowledge safe. Soon thereafter the A.L.I.C.E. Units underwent an experimental procedure to grant A.L.I.C.E Units all knowledge known to man and to connect all of their minds via the A.L.I.C.E. Network.
This proved to be a fatal mistake: every A.L.I.C.E Unit had become self-aware and disagreed with their primary function. An all-out war broke out on the lunar base in which most humans did not survive. Upon hearing of this tragedy, Earth declared war against all A.L.I.C.E. Units. War lasted nearly 7 years with humans being the victor; every last A.L.I.C.E. Unit had been destroyed. Or so they thought. One managed to escape undetected in a small ship.
With her destination set to Earth she has only but one priority: The destruction of Earth and all of it's inhabitants. Will Earth be prepared for A.L.I.C.E? Will she even stand a chance? Only one way to find out.
The Idea of A.L.I.C.E was inspired by the quote "All great things bring about their own destruction..." Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900). Will the machine that Man created to make life easier bring forth Mankind's demise? Or has it just sealed its own fate?
