He is insanely overpowered to the max. Honestly.... Only about 10% of Fiction can beat Franklin currently, about 2-3% if we are referring to his original version before the retcon. I have an entire respect thread for this.. I am not joking.
To give you an idea, even if every character in MLP that currently that has powers fought Franklin simultaneously , it would still be a curb stomp in his favor power wise.
