Hope: "Your arm, Izuku.. If it's alright for to ask, how did you do this?"

Izuku: "Well.. A while back during Summer break when the League of Villains attacked the training camp my classmates and I were attending, one of the villains tried to kill a kid I met there and I had to save him. I was only able to take down the villain by using all of my power over my limit, but my body couldn't yet handle all that power and I ended up injuring my arms almost to the point of being crippled. In the end, I just got lucky."

Hope: "So you risked your own life for someone you just met even though it meant hurting yourself to do it? My God, Izuku... Dad would say that was very stupid and reckless of you. Me.. I think that was very brave and heroic of you. But still your arm..."

Izuku: "It's okay, Hope. This scar isn't all that bad. It just serves to remind me that I still have a long way to go, that I still need to learn and grow stronger to make this power my own."

Hope van Dyne examines Deku's arm scar while patching him up after a practice fight against Ultron in his prototype body and AI functions (not yet fully self-aware at this time). She learns how he got it from his fight against Muscular and what the aftermath of it meant to him. Part of my "My Hero Academia: Age of Ultron" idea.
