Part of my "My Hero Academia: Days of Future Past" idea.Β Eri has one last moment with Kota Izumi before she makes her one way trip back to the past to change the future, both of them unwilling to leave each other but know that there is no other choice left before the Sentinels will inevitably find whats left of the Resistance in their last hiding place and wipe them out for good.
Now while there hasn't been any interaction between Eri and Kota in the manga yet, I could possibly see these two becoming a thing in the future.

I too see Kota and Eri being something in the far future. About this ''Days of Future Past'' version, it would be even more sad if she discovers that instead of the regular time travel, that only creates an alternate timeline and her world cannot be restored, now that's some heavy stuff.
