Spider-Man 2099: "Peter! Did you make it through?"

Spider-Man: "Yeah. But something came through with me- Oh.. my God!"

Spider-Man 2099: "What's wrong?"

*A tentacled monster resembling Anti-Venom but more deformed and twisted pulls itself out of the gateway*

Spider-Man: "Those tentacles! They were coming from some kind of... I don't know what this atrocity is! In fact, that's what I'm going to call it. Atrocity! Because Big Scary Tentacle Monster Thingy takes way too long to say. Well, that and 'Fin Fang Foom' was taken."

The Atrocity, a twisted and hideously grotesque combination of Starlight Glimmer, Doc Ock and Anti-Venom as a result of the three of them all shoved into the Quantum Gateway at once and merging inside of it. Its very existence threatening the fabric of time and reality itself.
