Troy McFARLEN II is a 2 year old character, I made him during school for an art project and one of my mates tryed to steal the character = =, I created this character to control metal and wire, although this picture was the first attempt at drawing him in this style of art, I feel like I kinda alright.

Troy McFARLEN II is a 19yr old college student. Dk what hes been studying but he works on his familys farm, he lives a fair distance from people so he doesnt really have too much experience with people. Troys was named after his great grandfather Troy McFARLEN. Troy ended up getting abilities and started practicing them on the farm wuthout telling anybody about them but his parents found out and turned him in. Experiment tag C32, he was in same time ruby got in and the both shared the same cell.
