While underwater, Marshell could hold his breath for over an hour.

Marshells species have been known to live over a 100 years and in very rare occasions even longer.
- Swimming Tail & Webbed digits;
Like many other aquatic and semi-aquatic anthros, Marshell possess a flat-end tail and webbed hands that helps him move through water much more efficiently.

Depsite his species overweight appearance, Marshell easily could lift objects that weigh his own body mass.

Depsite that his species are semi-aquatic Marshell cannot walk on land nor stay on land for long, as his species skin needs constant moisture from water.
