More Original Character! And more WIP!!! This's Slipstream, she's a sneaky sniper lady from Russia! (Unlike most of the MNDL) She likes being tactical and planning ahead to minimize friendly casualties, her custom rifle uses Multi-Stage ammunition resulting in each round hitting it's target with the force of a Turbo-Charged Semi-Truck (2-3 bullets will stop a train) also she's Recoil's Commanding Office.
