Description
The Rasengan Fire Blastbased off the rasengan attack from NAruto, look forward to seeing the Chidori/Raikiri attack and other naruto based jutsu turned animations in the future
hope you enjoyfeel free to ask questions, comments are welcomed, done in photoshop CS3 with the animation feature it has.
DETAILS:
open a video file with pshopCS3 and for this one i imported as animation to frames, theni treated each frame as a manip, the count down timer in th ebegining is also custom made, total time was 3 days on and off, mainly cause i had to erase and redo everything due to the fact it did not meet "edge" requirments and standards lol, once again feel free to ask questiosn and please enjoy and tellyoru friends of the name.... Cool. The only thing that is ticking me off when I try to do these manips is the freakin Edge FX filters are so ungodly awesome my computer crashes, I tried it on my friends computer and it bursted into flames. Ah well, practice makes perfect, huh?

Well, your tutorial gave me alot of information, and then I learned action script in photoshop and took it from there.

Hey, if you don't mind me asking or answering for that matter, how did you start where did you begin with your fire manips? Did you see someone do something with fire and try from there? See something different and put it together? Did it pop in your mind? I am a curious little bugger, that's been spending a couple months trying my own techniques (some working nice, and I am still working and growing at it, none that I will release to dA until I perfect it). I don't want to know how you do it, I want my own style, but I really am very curious as to where it started.

it all started with me copying fire and pasting it onto a pic, the origin of that pic was a spur of the moment thing, i decided i wanted to messaroudn mroe manips so i wanted to do mor efire pics since i am so... humbled and akeen to that spcific element, anyway, i found that stock fire no longer suited my needs so i set about lookign for fire tutporials, unfortunatly the one i used originaly is no logner availbe since the site shut down HOWeevr in my defence that tut was crap, half the innstructiosn were scambled an dmade no sens an di had to guess it all out, eveentually i took that tutorial and made sum changes to it and then i re mastered it and it is what yous ee todday, sorry if this was all incoherent just ask me an di will reitterate for you,im tired an di have work in the morning lol

The beginning, where the fire is gathered into the hand is my favorite part.

it has way more then animation abilities, it borrows the time line feature from its cousin after effects, thoguh not as indept, its animation frames are borrowed from image ready, yet ironically... it still doesnt oopen gifs....

there shoudlnt be any shadows cause theres no groudn for the shaodw to cast on, there would be highlights due to the fire thoguh, i may not have been able to acomplish that very well though

Either way it's both awesome and inspiring. Thinking about doing a test myself when i get a little free time. Kinda feeling it for a Full Metal Alchemist style animation.
