Description
The piece portrays the legendary XIII century poet. Aside from foreseeing some king's death, creating, presumably, the first version of the tale of Tristan and Isolde, and other prominent deeds, Thomas himself became a character of a beautiful legend. Here he is sitting under the Eildon Oak, gazing at the sunset, when the Queen of Elfland appears all out of sudden (or, quite literally, out of the Oak >__>).Watercolour paper toned with (suddenly!) watercolour; majorly, mechanical pencil 0.5, kneaded eraser (that's how it's called in the Wikipedia, anyway)
