Baby Doll-Elvira (Tiny Toons)

Riddler- Sheogorath (Elder Scrolls)

Poison Ivy- Three choices: Jessica Rabbit, Tanya, Lord Dominator

Mad Hatter- Mad Hatter (American Magee's alice)

Ventriloquist and Scarface- Woody Allen and Zeno Sama (Dragon Ball Super)

Any of those choices are great. Also, regarding the casting choice for Baby Doll, I think you mean Elmyra, not Elvira.
