Description
Since making new art has been hard lately, I decided to go back and finish some unfinished works!With this drawing I just wanted to draw Rouge and make some design changes wherever I felt like it. Somewhere along the line, it turned into an 80s exercise look. And I was okay with that.
I'm glad I waited to finish it, I was able to improve it a lot from the sketch, not to mention I think I've gotten better at picking colors since then.
And here's some fitting music to help you get the idea.
Anyway, I hope you like it! I have more art I plan to dust off and finish up, so keep an eye for that!
