actually, if you watch ED+ episode 1, you see that he starts out as a male human and got transformed into a pony. he's got the features of a mare and he isn't proud of it. at the end of season 2, the cape even points out he has the body of a mare. When I really think about it, I come to the realization that this topic... is absolutely meaningless, so why are we talking about it? and yes, I know you feel like talking about it. I acknowledge that.
