Tails pic number...uh...billion...i dunno, but another underwater theme, only this time he's IN the water i guess...you could say that this pic is a sequel to this: [link] but otherwise i think it turned out okay, i like what i quickly came up with for the water effects...maybe hes looking for his swim trunks
