A gift for mnwachukwu16This is Penny Proud from The Proud Family as she would appear in the Disney shows Amphibia, Big City Greens, and The Owl House. All three styles use Penny Proud's standard outfit used throughout the series. Amphibia's style also adds a leaf to Penny's hair to keep with the theme of the Amphibian universe.
