Description
ABOUT:Unnamed [3]
Species: TRIPOD
Gender:Β [Unknown]
Height / Weight:Β Height: 1'2ft / Weight: 4.6 kg [with skull]
Physique:Similar to a kiwi in build, but with three long thin legs.
Important Notes
3 legs, skeletal in appearance but actually seem to be covered in tight smooth skin. It makes them a little unstable so tipping them over, while quite entertaining does cause them great distress
Very colourful coats, none of the other beings I've encountered to date have such variety in their palettes
Their heads, much like their legs appear skeletal but is also covered in that same tight skin. I will say, it is a little odd to be able to stick a finger through those cavities in their noses though, you can pick them up by em' if you use your finger as a hook. I wouldn't recommend it though, their bite is surprisingly nasty
I've only seen it once, but the section of their backs covered by the human skull they use as a shell is very fleshy and seems extremely vulnerable both because it is covered in various eyes but also because its very soft.
The first creature I've seen to showcase visible eyelashes
I have been unable to determine their gender, not entirely sure they have one
About Unnamed [3]
I actually came across these guys on a trip to a local wild life reserve. I had to go quite the ways into the woods, and not gonna lie, the strangely mobile human remains in the distance unnerved me for a minute but curiosity gets the best of ya I guess. Long story short, they're just some sort of weird bird as far as I can tell. I have yet to find others besides the 3 specimens I picked up, but ill keep looking.
Likes
Small nooks and crannies, fruits, especially pickled cherries, if they eat too many they will puff up and that can hurt them as they out swell the skulls they use as shells and it can damage the eyes housed on their backs, so I've been careful to not overfeed them. They also really seem to like sitting out in the sun and enjoy warm cosy places in general.
Dislikes
Loud noises, being flipped over, much like a turtle, their skull shells are too heavy and they won't be able to stand up unless they remove them, which makes them vulnerable in turn.
