I totally didn't draw this picture, in fact, the TOTALLY TALENTED Ayu Ohseki did, of which I will plug her... oh say, right about HERE and HERE . LUFF HER.This is a fanart picture based on Ayu and Ianthe's ( ) Skies of Arcadia fanfic "The Day the Moon Shines" , which is like, my favorite fanfic.
The woman is Elsa, Fina's mommy-kins (an OC made up by them loverly ladies~) and of course, young Ramirez and younger Fina. 
AREN'T THEY ADORABIBBLE? I just colored it for her, yo. =3 ENJOY~!
