Comparing the first 41st Elite Corps' Clone Trooper figure
with this Commander, I could deduce that the missing paint details
are Hasbro's mistake, so I've left the pattern I think is the right one.
I also took in mind the "Extra Dirt" of the Sandtrooper to do something similar.
