Finally made a commission sheet!

i take both points and PayPal, but usd is priority since I wish to put money towards my medical + transition needs and goals. Here I’m going to dive into a bit of personal info.
Getting a job isn’t an option for me at the moment as an unknown health concern has kept me from being able to walk normally, so this is the easiest and most accessible form of work I can do without straining myself.
