Bubba is a happy go lucky bulbasaur and probably the most friendly rescue pokemon you'll ever meet in the Lator Rescue Center. Bubba is always seen with an optimistic point of view towards everything, very independent after treatment, out going and will always try to put a smile on your face with all of his might!
Despite the outgoing personality that Bubba seems to have, he despises being the center of attention or being seen as a perfect pokemon. It's simply because of this that Bubba finds joy in games and going against a few rules in order to have fun in hopes that others won't put him in such high standards. He's used to bottling up negative feelings, afraid of what others would say when they noticed that Bubba wasn't always so happy.
