hey speaking of which, I heard that in the first version that was released of "Hitman Codename 47" you were actually supposed to clean the stains of blood on the floor from those you had assesinated! I also heard that the game used to display the true prices of the weapons you could by before entering the missions!!

yes they sure changed the names alright!

I didn't actually know the reason they had done that, I thought cause it was drawing to much teen-oriented violence and well giving them authentic prices wouldn´t be of much help to stop them!

mhm and that with the stains I heard from a friend of mine, I think it had supposedly come out in a first version of the game, which must have gotten discontinued My friend claims that a friend of his brothers has the first version of it and that his brother has actually seen it.

You're right about having to clean the blood being a bit impractical, really must have made us silent-assasin-gamers think twice before shooting the target or just strangelin them!

That about the prices is probably true. They were close. Later, of course, they boke their contract with the arms manufacturers, and hence the idiotic names like DeadEagle (instead of Desert Eagle), W-something (instead of Walter) and so on... That of the stains is something I have never encountered. Maybe it was on a patch or something, but I never had to clean the blood stains... Would be cool though, but rather impractical, as you didnt have any actual raitings, or something...
