Lighting is really awesome here. I am no fan to cat-ears to anime characters but leave it to me - character still looks great to me even with that.
A little bit more shadowing under her and bark she sits on would do a little bit more to the depth and character's and bark's commonly shared space.

Aaaaaahh - those anime characters. They always look cool.
