Description As a young (small animal) growing up in Zootopia, people often used stereotypes to describe you: ____, ___, ___.

Truth to say, many of these traits were true. You were often ____ and often described as a very ___ (animal). However, it was always offensive when people described you as cute and wanted to scratch your chin.

You were in kindergarten when you met Nick Wilde, an inspiring young fox. At the time, he was in the fourth grade, but he had been partnered with you for the "Reading with your Buddy!" program (in class activity), where a fourth grader would be partnered with a kindergartener. He was always so excited and happy, ready to confront the stereotypical world. While reading you the classic tales such as Snowwolf and the Seven Ants and The Little Red Riding Bunny, he revealed his hopes and dreams of becoming a scout.

One day, he stopped smiling. Instead, a long frown replaced everything. When you asked him about whether or not he became a scout, he simply looked away and replied that he had decided not to join them. They were too safe and boring.

And that was it. Soon, he faded from your memories. You graduated from kindergarten and moved on with your life. You guessed that he did to.

Years later, you’re in your late teenage years, technically almost a young (animal. You attended a fancy and private high school, where you were at the top of your class. No doubt you would graduate in the top 10 of your grade and go on to a great university. Everything was perfect, absolutely perfect! Your crush had asked you out on a date, you had great friends, and a great family, with parents and two older siblings. Your life was absolutely perfect!

Until you caught the scent of a familiar fox while strolling down the street.

You hadn’t planned to meet up with anyone that day. It was a wonderful spring day during a wonderful spring break. Your friends decided to go out and have fun, while you decided to stay home and study because a huge project was due on the Monday you came back. On Thursday morning, you decided it was too much and you deserved a nice day to yourself. You strolled down different streets, some selling different clothing while others full of shops with tasty treats. Although Zootopia had its own little flaws, it was still one of the most diverse cities out there. There were restaurants and cities all for different species.

After realizing your secret compartment of food was completely empty, you decided to restock by paying a visit to the local grocery store, tugging a plastic bag full of junk food and sugar towards your shared home with your family. Everything seemed so complicated and stressful. You had to take care of yourself, make sure you washed your clothes, kept good hygiene, etc. Life was so complicated. Ugh.

Suddenly, you smelled something so particular, but familiar. You rose up your nose, twitching it slightly before heading off to find it. Although you didn’t remember whom it belonged to, you knew this mammal. It was most likely an old classmate. As you twisted and turned around corners, you finally saw a young, sly fox in a lazily put together outfit, standing next to a Pawsicle stand. You must have been staring at him for an awfully long time, as you were pondering whether or not you knew this fox when he turned to your direction and smirked.

"Hey there, sweetheart. Want a Pawsicle?" His eyelids were dipped so much that they were almost shut. His stupid smirk almost captivated you. He seemed like that dazzling street boy, a perfect bad wolf, just like in those stupid comics and shows that your friends absolutely loved.

“I know you, don’t I?” You cocked your head to the right and answered, “You smell familiar. Is it… Nathan… Wait, Nicholas, right? You were my reading buddy when I was in kindergarten, I believe.” You grinned at him, holding onto your plastic bag with both of your paws.

For almost a second, his eyes seemed to widen a bit, before lowering to its original position. “Nick. Nick Piberius Wilde, at your service. And you must be… (animal nickname), right? I do remember an obedient teacher’s (animal) in school with practically a collar and leash.” He smirked, leaning against his stand of red Pawsicles.

You gaped your mouth at him. “I was not a teacher’s (animal)! And my name isn’t (animal nickname), it’s (name). I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. I heard you dropped out.” You rose your head high while slightly straitening your back. There was absolutely no way this fox was going to get to you.

“Well, I think (animal nickname) is a much better name, so if you don’t mind and if you don’t want a Pawsicle, you're in the way of my loyal customers.” He turned back to this stand, all while he was smirking, and completely ignored you. His tail waved arrogantly.

You turned around and prepared to walk away, slightly swirling your tail, when all of a sudden, you thought of something to say. “If you don’t mind, I think I’ll like a Pawsicle.”

Nick smirked right back at you, while holding out a paw. “10 bucks.”

You raised an eyebrow before replying, “Isn’t that too much? Almost enough to be a scam?”

He stared at you slyly with that stupid smirk, “Fine. 20 bucks, just for you, darling.”

You rolled your eyes before replying, “That really is too much. See you later, Nick.” You secretly smirked while you held your head high, slightly swaying your hips. You turned your head around slightly and shouted, “I think Nicholas is a much better name for you. Nick just sounds too… lazy.”

For a second, there was silence in the city. For a millisecond of a second, everything was absolutely eerily calm. After his slight hesitation, you heard Nick call out, “See you later, sweetheart!” You didn’t dare to turn your head around, but even though Nick was just like any other fox, sly, cunning, and untrustworthy, his voice seemed to calm you for the rest of the day.

The next time you saw him was months later. You had almost completely forgotten about Nicholas Wilde, that charming, rascally fox with a horrible outfit.

You were walking down the streets with a handbag and eight of your besties, all of different shapes and sizes. You had agreed to go shopping, which was especially hard, since all of you had different senses in fashion.

“What about over there? Oh my gosh, that top is amazing!” Your giraffe friend, who was definitely the tallest in your group, giggled as she rushed towards a giraffe-friendly shop.

Your other friend, who just so happened to be a lion, sighed and said, “We’ll just wait here then. It’s not like anything in that place will fit any of us. Besides, I am not going to be trampled today."

Just then, your nose caught a distinct foxy scent, but this time, you knew exactly who it was

“Hey guys? I’m just going to go look at a shop over there. I think I see something for (animal) or something, so I’ll be right back, okay?” You smiled at you friends, who immediately agreed. However, (friend's name), a cheetah, said that it was best not to split up, so she wanted to come along with you.

“Yeah, we all have phones, but I would still feel better if I went along with you. You know, just in case we split up or you get lost or something. There are still places in Zootopia we haven’t explored yet.” (friend's name) looked down at you kindly, with a sort of motherly gaze

You nodded and started to head out, following the scent. When you were out of hearing, (friend's name) turned to you and asked, “I know when a mammal has caught the scent of someone. We always twitch our noses. So, who did you find?”

You looked up at her, shocked, but what did you expect? (friend's name) was a predator, meaning she had a very good sense of smell. “Nothing. I just… thought I smelled someone familiar. I’m just going to go there and check it out, just for a bit. I’ll be fine, (friend's name). You can go back if you want to.”

(friend's name) smirked, but not like when Nicholas did. You could feel her kindness radiating off her. “Oh, is it a fox? Smells distinctively like a fox, sly and smart. You meeting up with a boyfriend, a crush? Well, why didn’t you just say so? I’ll leave you two alone. Go on, go catch up with your boyfriend or whatever bad fox you caught.”

Smiling at you kindly, (friend's name) turned around and ran off to catch up with the rest of your friends, probably to spoil and ruin something that wasn’t true. After standing there in awe, you decided to continue your search for Nicholas Wilde.

When you turned around to the next corner, you saw him smiling nicely in Jumbeaux’s Café, which you only knew because you had elephant friends who often talked about how Jumbeaux had the best café in town and definitely the best cold snacks. You watched Nicholas walk out with a small fennec fox dressed in a baby outfit, though it was clearly full-grown. The fennec fox held a giant blue Popsicle in its small paws, seemingly smiling through its pacifier.

“Hey, Nicholas!” You waved at him.

The sly fox turned around, wiping off his smile and replacing it with a smirk. “Well what a surprise, (animal nickname)!” He walked over and rubbed your head, ruffling your fur.

“What are you doing?” You said accusingly, swatting his paw away. He only smirked.

“Well, I was just buying this nice little boy, my nephew, a popsicle! You know how kids are, right? Say hi to the nice (animal)!” he directed his attention to the fennec fox, who jumped up excitedly and waved.

Smirking, you crossed your paws and said, “That is definitely not a baby. I’m in biology at the highest level and I’m in the top three of my grade. AND, I studied the canidae biological family in 9th grade, so you’re not fooling anyone, Nicholas. Let me ask again, what are you doing?”

Nicholas only raised his smirk so practically his whole face was smirking. “It’s called a hustle, darling.” The little fennec fox batted his eyes innocently, but you could practically feel the anger radiating off of him. “I’d better get lil’ junior home. He’s tired, y’know?”

The two foxes started to walk off before Nicholas stopped and mockingly called out, “I hope we’ll meet again, sweetheart!” He rose up his paw and made some sort of wave before continuing on his path with his partner, the little fennec fox.

Then, it dawned upon you that he was wearing the same, exact outfit as the last time you had seen him. It was particularly strange because it was exactly the same, down to the last button.

Although you barely knew him, if you saw him again, you would definitely offer him something new to wear.

However, you really thought that was the last time you would see him. Fate and destiny, on the other hand, seemed to want some drama in your life, which meant putting you and that horrible, sly, manipulative, and untrustworthy fox in a relationship.

Yes, a romantic relationship.

Well, this certainly is a good start I guess. However, no 'domesticated' animals should exist in the setting at all and that includes dogs.

With all due respect, domesticated animals include sheep, pigs, goat, cattle, etc. There are clearly sheep and pigs in the film itself.
