in the several months that this has been posted, i've gotten verrry sick of seeing floral patterns. wish they'd print bigger flowers instead of the tiled, tiny scattered flowers that resemble grandma's tablecloth! come quickly, fall/winter!

Although that is technically a halter-top, and not exactly a pinstripe; this is still beautiful work. I love the monkey - gotta love the little guys. Her clothing is fabulous, and your style is amazing.
I just feel that I should point out the difference between a halter-top and a tube-top.
A tube-top covers only the breasts, leaving the stomach bare. It also has no straps, and nothing other than it's form to keep it on the body. They are usually hard to wear because of the way they are designed.
A halter top is a tank-top, of sorts, made to be a little more showy. They tend to have thin straps, and many have a strap that actually wraps around the throat. They usually show off a good portion of the belly, and tend to have a low-cut back.
A pinstripe is also far more thin than what you have. I'll mention that you have drawn your stripes very well, but that a pinstripe would look more like this:

It's, as you see, a very thin stripe. Thus the 'pin' part. It's usually only a thread or two in width.
I really hope this doesn't come off as snooty. *headdesk* I feel like such a n00b right now...

*smiles* Now that I can understand. 8D Bikini straps actually are very popular over here in Hawaii as well. In fact, I tend to wear them myself. o-o
Tubetops are, just like the name, basically a tube around the body. Strapless does not necessarily mean tube. <3
