Bei mir hängt es vom Koffeinspiegel im Blut (und während der Woche auch von der Laune meiner Kunden) ab, wie lange der Zustand bei mir anhält.

(Es ist für jemanden der an Depressionen leidet in der Tat erstaunlich, dass das so klappt. Jahrelang funktionierte es nämlich noch nicht einmal mit Medikamenten, die morgendliche Antriebslosigkeit zu überwinden)

Glaub mir, das sah in den letzten zehn Jahren meistens ganz anders aus. Aber jetzt habe ich anscheinend so etwas wie einen Weg gefunden, besser damit klarzukommen.
