well....and the cap doesn't...but, I don't stay out too long usually.. in the direct sun...I just ride my bicycle for about ten or twelve blocks to the post office and back almost every day...I do have sun-blocker if I plan to stay out for any length of time...

No, panamas wouldn't work on a bike....there seems to always be wind around here and we usually have tree limbs hanging low, that you have to duck down to go under...lol
I think that I will get a panama...I have never had one, but you have me wanting one now...not for the bicycle riding though...lol

Β I really hoped the spontaneous movement known as the Arab Spring would mark a new direction for the countries in this part of the world, but it just seems to be unravelling now. Β I wish there was more we could do to help. Β Everyone says that, I know, but most options other than humanitarian aid, look so dangerous. Β For too long the western governments have been happy to have tyrants keep the lid on unrest - which they created themselves half the time.
And Somalis - we have many Somali immigrants here - are such lovely people.Β
