Gary left high school for State University... that is to work as campus security. He didn't have the grades to get in but, he didn't care. His parents were just proud he was no longer at home and had scored a union job right out of high school.

He kept getting assigned the student union's cafeteria as his detail, but he didn't mind it. He'd soon come to embody the stereotype of the fat security guard. Never really one to work out, he has been thin most of high school, but over his first five years working at State U, he packed on more than two hundred pounds patrolling the buffet and vending machines.
