Straight out of the Old West. He is gorgeous. Long and lean he is the epitome of a "tall drink of water." With that stern 'dead man's' stare he is telling everyone "Don't mess with me. I don't play." Most unusual to see a left handed gunman. In most renderings of gunmen you don't see them with a rifle in one hand and a handgun in the other. One or the other is usually holstered. The intense look on his face says he is fixed on something and isn't going to let it or whomever slip by him. Interesting that you have the holster on his right side and gun on the left. That tells me he is a cross drawer of his gun. Takes a man who is fast and accurate to do that and be confident about it. Mercy I just realized why his face is slightly tipped downward! He is shielding his eyes from the light. He is staring into the sun or whatever is casting those shadows. I love the way the red wagon wheel accents him. He is an amazing rendering, My Friend. Kudos to you.
