What I have been working on while I was on break on Hand drawing and Digital arts.

this is Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber throughout Episode 6 and it does light up as shown here.

TOP, Saber off with room lights on: the saber is turned off as the blade is shown as a Clear plastic blade

MIDDLE, Saber on with room lights on: With the saber turned on it lights up pretty good but sometimes with the Actual bright lighting in the background its hard to tell if the lightsaber is on or off.

BOTTOM, Saber on with room lights off: now with all rooms turned off (even at night) the lightsaber lights up all the way and Looks like a real lightsaber.

How its made: I used a good flashlight for the spine on the blade section, the whole hilt and saber is made out of cardboard and Paper towels with toilet papers. the only thing the hilt is not made of is the pommel that is made out of 5 layers of Popsicle sticks and the triangle ring is made out of 3 super glued toothpicks.

and for the blade it was made from the knockoff lightsabers that you can buy at Walmart for $5. buy 2 of them and cut the blade to measure what size works for you. and for the color get some gel filters for your flashlight and find the color that works and stick it inside the flashlight.

the saber works by turning on the black trigger located on the control box by pushing up and making the saber turn on, to turn it off do the same thing by pushing the trigger upward and making it turn off.

I might do a Youtube Video explaining it sometime but for now I need to do more mlp arts and surviving the Coronavirus.
