I actually use a similar style for caves when I feel like it. And after looking at a tutorial I felt the need to give it a try and draw a forest with that style. I'm actually really proud at how this turned out and I'm considering using this as a background for an animation when I'm up to it. Not fully sure if I want to just yet but I'm thinking about it.
