She is portrayed as a cannibalistic, vicious, cold-hearted, emotionless, murderous, and bloodthirsty creature who was the soul of a old lunch lady who died from an rare or obscure infectious disease but somehow came back to life as a atrocious and glutton abomination. The Hunger appears to have green skin, grey hair, pointy ears, black sclera with glowing red irises, razor sharp teeth, a slightly overweight yet curvaceous body, and some disgusting features including her gigantic dark right arm with sharper claws along with some visible veins and boils all over her body in shades of red as if she already died with some harsh side effects. Her outfit features a pink dress and hair net that resembles a lunch lady working at the school cafeteria, one yellow glove on her left arm with retractable claws, dark red lipstick, and a set of organic mouths with sharp teeth that has appeared on her outfit as if it acts like her own skin. The Hunger is being described as the symbol of cannibalism, starvation, gluttony, self-reflection, sickness, and the fear of obesity that happens in people's through their everyday lives.
