Card adds a bit to his car and adds metal around the wheels to protect them from getting damaged. His strategy is simple but effective, he will try to ram into the other cars and pop their tires. He also brought a few extra things to help him, specifically things to throw in the driver's eyes like his salt water filled balloons he used in the balloon challenge.
