This is a recording that is found in the deleted posts of Reddit (which was taken down by the requests of the United States Department of Temporal Phenomena). Reports have indicated towards the anomalous broadcast hijackings of Cartoon Network as recorded on TeleBLUE Cablebox. During the up next bumpers, the Cartoon Network's logo slightly changed up to what appeared to be a modified logo, showcasing a one eye replacing the "C" on the classic Cartoon Network logo from the 2000s era and a message read below in which it's implied that the malicious entity might be looking for a former Mandela County resident, "Flora Hibiscus", a once unknown Alternate Victim also known as "Victim ?". United States Department of Temporal Phenomena were currently taking notes on said Anomalous Broadcasts of Cartoon Network while having an interview with the MacNeil Tech in Conneticut about recent events involving Flora's history including a current event throughout October implying what could be her messages and voices of help heard in this Cablebox. The events were currently ongoing.
