So, I've made a tierlist.This Tierlist goes from F (Weakest) to S (Strongest)
The characters on the top are the strongest of each tier.
I've only included the characters that I have included in a Fight or video. I've excluded Fusions, and this tierlist ONLY includes Characters and Forms.
Kaioken, Lightspeed or Chaos Boost are excluded because they aren't forms, they are techniques and powerups.
Also no offense to any of these characters, Β this is only my opinion on who is the strongest. Super Scourge and Super Sonic.exe are beside eachother because in my opinion they are equal to eachother.
I hope you can mostly agree or understand the powerlevels I chose for these characters. I don't want anyone yelling at me saying: "X is stronger than X" , "X is the strongest" or "Why is X so low?"
It's just for fun and my opinion.
