A sketch of a funny little critter done up while stuck indoors due to rain curtsey of Hurricane Rita a few years ago. As such she is named after it.

I image if I ever do anything with this one she'd have weather abilities to be sure. No plans for anything any time soon, but I think her design is lovely so figured I'd share.
