Description
When shaken and opened, it releases a temporary vortex anywhere in the sky, on land, or underwater. The size varies when the more it's shaken before being opened but the larger the vortex the shorter it'll last before if dispersed like nothing happens. Fortunately it comes with a safety measure so the biggest vortex is the height of a tree and not very powerful so damage is minimal. Just needs to be closed then slightly shaken to magically created another vortex that can be release at any time.
