This magical bracelet is capable of pausing time for everyone but the wearer enabling him or her to move around freely while everyone else is pause but the wearer is capable of messing around by adjusting their body, switching their attire, or move thing things around simply by press the paw symbol on the bracelet. Anyone touching the wearer is also capable of moving around freely when time is paused with him or her, when the bracelet is turned off they don't even have to be touching since they all get sent back when time is no longer paused.
